Joy Abraham, is a Senior Development professional with 30 years of versatile experience in the Development and Health Sector with significant experience in the design and development of projects, budgeting, strategies, implementation and Management. Currently Working with Habitat for Humanity India as Director – Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluations focusing on Shelter, WASH and Disaster Response program. He is founder and Chairman of Center for Development Initiatives (CDI) and NGO presently working in Thane and Palghar districts in Maharashtra focusing on Health and Women Empowerment, working for Female Sex Workers, People Living with HIV and AIDS and Migrant Workers. He is recipient of John D and Catherine T MacArthur Foundation’s Fund for Leadership Development for August 2000-October 2002.
